Getting started

Start clearly. Put the first steps into practice.

We begin with your goal and take action as soon as there is enough reliable information. We agree the process and your time commitment personally.

  1. At the start

Onboarding and kick-off clarify your goal, starting point and how we work together. With your consent, suitable existing results inform our work.

  2. The first steps

We select a priority and a suitable plan. You try the agreed steps. In personal conversations, we discuss your experience, review your progress and adjust the plan together.

  3. Your initial personal overview

Your goal, initial shared assessment, priority, plan and review criterion are brought together in a personal overview. It forms the basis for our continued work.

Onboarding and kick-off are two separate initial appointments. Short check-ins complement our conversations. The weekly group session is also included; attendance is optional.

What could a week look like?

Example week

Example: you want to train more consistently. We agree the days and duration of your appointments individually.

At the start of the week
In our personal conversation, we agree which evenings your appointments should finish on time. Your existing manageable training plan continues.
In everyday life
You try the calendar rule and your agreed sessions. A short Academy resource on weekly planning supports you if it is useful now.
At the group session · optional
You can bring a question about implementation or explore a practical situation. You choose what to share with the group.
Before our next conversation
You briefly report actual appointment end times, time available for sleep and completed sessions. Together, we decide what to keep or adjust.

Personal conversations, your practical steps and brief feedback make up your own time commitment. Before starting, we agree the time frame using your actual week.

Fictional working example

More strength. The first change is in the calendar.

An entrepreneur wants to get stronger and is considering four training sessions a week. This is how we might reach a decision together:

This fictional example illustrates the method. It describes a possible decision and review criterion; the actual outcome remains open.

Starting point
After late client appointments, even previously manageable sessions are missed. We treat the idea that appointment end times and available sleep time limit consistency as a working hypothesis.
A reasoned choice
We try a calendar rule for selected evenings. Manageable training continues. We initially put four sessions on hold to review consistency with the existing plan.
Review and adjust
At the agreed review, we consider appointment end times, available sleep time and completed sessions. If implementation changes little despite free evenings, we consider other explanations and adjust the plan.

Before you decide

How does working together begin?

In the introductory call, we clarify whether your needs and working together are a good fit. You then receive a personal proposal with scope and terms. Once we have agreed to work together, we arrange onboarding and kick-off personally.

How does this fit into busy working weeks?

We plan around your actual possibilities. For demanding periods, we agree on a smaller, practical version of your steps. The plan is adjusted based on your feedback.

How much time will I need?

Before we start, we discuss a realistic week with personal appointments, training, practical steps and brief feedback. We agree the scope around your goal, starting point and actual possibilities.

How do I reach you between appointments?

At the start, we agree on the digital contact channel and how I will respond. You can ask questions and briefly report on implementation. Personal interpretation and adjustments remain my responsibility.

What if I miss a group session?

You attend when it suits you. Your personal plan continues. We address relevant questions through our agreed contact channel or in our next personal conversation.

What role does the Academy play?

It supports your current step with relevant knowledge. Together, we select what is useful now. In-depth masterclasses are planned and not yet available. Your personal progress is assessed through implementation in your life.

Do I need particular equipment or tests?

Your training plan uses existing or jointly selected options. We agree separately on additional tests, laboratory services or equipment when they are useful for your particular question.

Who handles medical questions?

Medical findings, diagnosis and treatment remain with the responsible healthcare professionals. Suitable results released for this purpose can inform our health and performance work together.

What does working together cost?

You receive the terms in your personal proposal. It clearly sets out the total investment, scope and any separately agreed third-party costs.

Your next step is a personal conversation.

In a 20-minute phone call, with no obligation, we discuss your goal, the personal support and whether working together is a good fit.
